on-line
Making a purchase on-line could not be easier. Just browse our
website using the categories on the left hand side and click the
"Add to Cart" button next to the item you wish to buy.
When you are ready to pay, click on any of the "Check out
Now" links to view the contents of your shopping cart.
Select which postal service you require and click "Check
Out" On the next page choose a payment method. To pay by
check or
cash then please see Other

below.

cheque, postal orders and cash. If
you wish to purchase items using one of these methods then follow

with an order form which you can print and fill out your details.
You can then send this to us along
with your payment (Our postal address is on the print out form)

Delivery
Schedule
Your order will be dispatched within 3-4 days. On the rare
occasions where a product is out of stock then we will back order
for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your
order if you would rather not wait and we will give you a full
refund. Please allow approximately 10-15 working days for delivery
of your lingerie. Please be assured we will get your order to you
as soon as possible. We will send you a courtesy e-mail to let you
know the goods are on there way. Feel free to contact us with

Credit
Card Security
We know of no documented cases
of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet.
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the
order is placed using our secure server encryption. They are only
decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in
clear text on any web site. |

Guarantee
and Returns
Due
to the intimate nature of our products, we cannot replace any
items once the sealed packaging has been opened unless there
is a manufacturing fault. In the unlikely event of such a fault we
will replace the item on a like for like basis, if returned within
7 days of purchase. Goods must be returned by recorded delivery or
some other traceable method along with a copy of the purchase
order. We will not be liable for postage on returns. We
reserve the right to reject any return if we consider the
complaint to be unreasonable, unjustified, frivolous or of the
customers own making. This does not affect your statutory rights.
